Refund Policy
This policy covers refunds for digital fix-plan credits purchased from Plumbbyus.

Digital credits
All purchases are digital fix-plan credits in USD. Because credits are delivered digitally, please review the pack details before buying.
When you can request a refund
- You were charged in error or charged twice.
- A technical fault prevented you from using purchased credits.
- You request a refund for unused credits within 14 days of purchase.
Non-refundable
Credits that have already been used to generate plans are generally non-refundable, since the digital service was delivered.
Current checkout status
Checkout is not active on this site yet and no card is charged, so no real transactions exist to refund yet. This policy will apply once live payments are enabled.
